Rizq Al-Khair General Trading SPC is an Omani export and import company specialising in petroleum derivatives, with penetration grade bitumen as its core business.

We operate from Barka in the South Al Batinah Governorate and ship through the Port of Sohar, supplying road-construction bitumen to buyers across South Asia, East Asia and Africa.

We hold direct relationships with established Middle East refineries, contract container and vessel space out of Sohar, and place every cargo under independent third-party inspection before it loads.

We do not ask buyers to take quality on trust

The largest risk a bitumen buyer carries is not price. It is paying against documents for a cargo that does not meet specification, or does not weigh what the invoice says.

We remove that risk by putting an independent inspector between ourselves and the buyer on every shipment, without exception. Quality and quantity are certified by SGS, and the complete document set travels with the cargo.
